About Florida Middle District Court

Florida Middle District Court is based in Orlando, with locations in Fort Myers, Jacksonville, Ocala, and Tampa. The court has jurisdiction for the following thirty-five (35) counties in the state of Florida:

Baker, Bradford, Brevard, Charlotte, Citrus, Clay, Collier, Columbia, DeSoto, Duval, Flagler, Glades, Hamilton, Hardee, Hendry, Hernando, Hillsborough, Lake, Lee, Manatee, Marion, Nassau, Orange, Osceola, Pasco, Pinellas, Polk, Putnam, Sarasota, Seminole, St. Johns, Sumter, Suwannee, Union, and Volusia

Florida Middle District Court is part of the Eleventh Circuit which encompasses the federal courts in Alabama, Florida, and Georgia.
