Case Management/Electronic Case Files (CM/ECF) is the federal Judiciary's system that allows case documents, such as pleadings, motions, and petitions, to be filed with the court online.
The list below shows the CM/ECF version for each court as well other information such as:
- Max PDF Size. The maximum allowed PDF size a user can upload to the system.
- Electronic Self-Representation (eSR) Availability. eSR is an online tool to help individuals complete a chapter 7 or chapter 13 bankruptcy petition when they have decided to file bankruptcy without an attorney.
- Electronic Proof of Claim (ePOC) Availability. ePOC is an online tool to help creditors easily create, file, or amend a Proof of Claim (Official Form 410) without a login or password.
- Helpdesk. The helpdesk phone number(s) for the court.
- Location. Court location(s) for the court.
